Tanya Snow

Tanya initially turned to yoga to alleviate discomfort from the demands of sport including snowboarding. She was drawn to the intensity of vinyasa in a heated room which over time evolved into a practice of Hatha and Restorative/Yin for the gentle, yet deep strength and spiritually grounding benefits of such a practice. 

No matter the class or yoga discipline Tanya may teach, her objective is to motivate the student onward in their practice through discovery and revelation. She wants to provide the practicing yogi the opportunity and freedom to explore their own personal thresholds by challenging them to reveal new physical and spiritual layers.
