Bethany Godreau

Yoga found Bethany in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in a moment of turbulence. She is a dedicated student and this commitment to continuous growth infuses her teaching with a deep sense of authenticity and passion. Bethany is a teacher with a reverence for inclusive and creative spaces.

Drawing from backgrounds in burlesque, pole dance, and aerial arts, Bethany invites a distinctly playful nature into the yoga practice. She invites her students to land within the space where hard work and play meet, the space where magic emerges.
