POLICIES

GENERAL TERMS

  • Instructors are subject to change without notice. Please visit the Noble Yoga schedule for details.

  • Noble Yoga accepts visa, mastercard, debit, or cash. American Express is not accepted. All funds taken in Canadian currency. 

  • An account must be made and a waiver must be signed to practice with Noble Yoga Studio.

  • All services must be pre-paid.

  • All sales are final (this includes memberships, passes, special classes, retreats, trainings, events and any other like items). All services are non-refundable, exchangeable, or transferable.

  • Pass expiry extensions will not be granted.

  • We do not allow late entry into any classes. No exceptions will be made.

  • Phones and other electronics (such as Fitbit, apple watches, etc.) are not allowed in the practice room. 

  • Personal items, purses and bags of any type are not allowed in the practice room.

  • Participants must not be under the influence of any recreational drugs or alcohol.

  • Respectful behaviour is required.

  • Aerial yoga is not included in regular memberships or credit packages unless explicitly stated. To clarify, Aerial yoga requires its own separate membership or credit package unless the membership or credit package included it at the time of purchase or an upgrade fee was processed to include it.

  • To maintain a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone in our community, we reserve the right to refuse service if our studio etiquette and policies are violated. This includes but is not limited to disruptive behaviour, disrespect toward staff or other students, failure to adhere to class guidelines, or any actions that compromise the experience and well-being of our community. Our goal is always to foster a space of kindness and inclusion, and we appreciate your support in upholding this standard.

CONTRACT MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP TERMS

  • All monthly memberships are billed on a monthly recurring basis. As such, a credit card must be kept on file and the credit card will be charged the membership fee every month.

  • The membership must be maintained for at least the agreed upon minimum length as an active membership. After the contract length has been fulfilled the membership will continue on a monthly basis.

  • To cancel a membership before the contract length has been fulfilled, a payment of seventy percent (70%) of the remaining fees associated with the contract and an administrative fee of $50 will be due.

  • To cancel a membership after the minimum contract length has been fulfilled, 30 days notice is required. An email must be sent to hello@nobleyoga.studio informing of the desire to cancel the membership.

  • Memberships may be placed on hold for a minimum of 30 days and up to 60 days per calendar year. 72 hours notice is required to place a membership on hold, holds cannot be backdated.

  • The duration when a membership is placed on hold is not included in the agreed upon minimum contract length.

  • Cancellation notice cannot be given while a membership is on hold. Membership must be active to cancel.

  • Any new membership purchased online will not automatically replace any current active membership on the account.

  • To change a membership to a new type, 30 days notice is required. An email must be sent to hello@nobleyoga.studio informing of the desire to change membership type.

  • Membership types may not be changed until agreed upon minimum contract length has been fulfilled.

  • Discounts and Promotional months are not included within the agreed upon contract length. Membership contract length only includes months paid at full price.

  • Any memberships that have a monthly recurring credit package are structured as ongoing commitments with predetermined class allocation and do not allow unused class credits to roll over into the next month(s). If the credits are not used within the designated payment period they will expire. 

  • All memberships are non-refundable, transferable, exchangeable.

  • All memberships are active upon date of purchase.

  • Memberships are only valid for one (1) person and cannot be shared.

  • All memberships are subject to price increases after the agreed upon contract length has been fulfilled.

MONTH TO MONTH MEMBERSHIP TERMS

ALL NON-RECURRING CREDIT PACKAGES AND MEMBERSHIP TERMS

  • All non-recurring memberships expire at the stated length.

  • All memberships are active upon date of purchase.

  • Non-recurring memberships are a one-time purchase and cannot be broken up into multiple payments.

  • They can not be frozen or cancelled.

  • Memberships are only valid for one (1) person and cannot be shared.

  • The opportunity to re-purchase non-recurring memberships may be limited.

  • All memberships are subject to price increases after the agreed upon contract length has been fulfilled.

  • Any memberships that have a monthly recurring credit package are structured as ongoing commitments with predetermined class allocation and do not allow unused class credits to roll over into the next month(s). If the credits are not used within the designated payment period they will expire. 

  • All memberships are non-refundable, transferable, exchangeable.

  • Extensions and exceptions will not be granted under any circumstances.

PRIVATE SESSIONS PARTICIPATION TERMS

I understand that:

  • private sessions are taught by yoga/pilates/fitness instructors.

  • Noble Yoga instructors are not medical professionals.

  • Instructors may offer hands on assists. 

I will:

  • listen to my body and inform the instructor of any discomfort.

  • consult my doctor to ensure that I may participate.

  • inform your instructors of any injury or medical condition that may impact your ability to perform yoga or other athletic activities.

  • By signing this agreement I further acknowledge that I agree to both these terms and the release of liability waiver.

CREDIT PACKAGE TERMS

  • Full price class credits must be used within 9 months from purchase.

  • Discounted, holiday and promotional class credits must be used within 4 months from purchase.

  • All credits are active upon date of purchase.

  • Class credits cannot be frozen or cancelled.

  • Full price credit packages may be shared with a guest, but only if the guest is attending class with the original credit holder. Discounted, holiday and promotional credit packages cannot be shared with a guest.

  • Extensions and exceptions will not be granted under any circumstances.

HOLIDAY AND PROMO CREDIT PACKAGE TERMS

  • Discounted, holiday and promotional class credits must be used within 4 months of purchase.

  • All credits are active upon date of purchase.

  • Class credits cannot be frozen or cancelled.

  • Discounted, holiday and promotional credit packages cannot be shared with a guest.

  • Extensions and exceptions will not be granted under any circumstances.

EVENTS, SPECIAL CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, CAMPS, RETREATS, TEACHER TRAINING PURCHASE TERMS

  • All events, special classes, workshops, camps and teacher training credits must be used towards their specified event.

  • All credits are active upon date of purchase.

  • Credits for events, special classes, workshops, camps or teacher trainings cannot be frozen or cancelled.

  • There is no refund for purchases of events, special classes, workshops, camps or teacher trainings.

  • Events, special classes, workshops, camps, retreats and teacher trainings credits cannot be shared with a guest.

  • Extensions and exceptions will not be granted under any circumstances.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PUBLIC CLASSES AND PRIVATE SESSIONS

  • There is a 1 hour cancellation policy for regular classes.

  • There is a 6 hour cancellation policy for aerial classes.

  • There is a 24 hour cancellation policy for private sessions.

  • If a class reservation is cancelled before the applicable cancellation window (1 hour for regular classes and 6 hours for aerial classes, 24 hours for private sessions) or more before the class is scheduled to start, a full credit will be placed back onto the account and/or no penalty fee will be applied.

  • Classes cancelled after the applicable window (1 hour for regular classes and 6 hours for aerial classes, 24 hours for private sessions) will be considered late cancellations and charged as if attended for credit packages and monthly memberships may be charged a penalty fee.

  • All classes should be cancelled online. This can be done on the Noble Yoga website or app.

PRIVATE AND CORPORATE EVENTS TERMS

  • Private and Corporate events require a pre-paid deposit of 50%.

  • All participants must create an account and agree to the waiver and release to participate. A copy of the waiver and release is enclosed with this agreement for you to provide to your attendees ahead of time. Participants should consult with a doctor to ensure that they may participate.

  • No alcohol, drugs, or any other items which may, however slight, impair the participants may be consumed prior or during the event(s). 

  • The deposit must be pre-paid by visa, mastercard, debit, or cash. American Express is not accepted. All funds are in Canadian currency. If applicable, the remainder of the amount owing will be invoiced and must be paid within 30 days of the final event. If the invoice is not paid within 30 days, the amount owing will be subject to a daily late payment penalty of $50 (for clarity, this means that the late payment penalty will be charged for each day that the payment is late. For example if a payment is 3 days late then the late penalty due will be $150). 

  • All recurring events are invoiced on a monthly basis. The company reserves the right to cancel recurring events if an account is in arrears.

  • Private events may be subject to price adjustments after the agreed upon contract length has been fulfilled.

  • Private events are taught by yoga/aerial yoga/pilates/fitness instructors. Company instructors are not medical professionals. Instructors may offer hands on assists. Instructors are subject to change without notice.

  • There is a one time 72 hour cancellation policy. If a private event is cancelled 72 hours or more before the event is scheduled to start, the event will be eligible for rescheduling. Private events cancelled with less than 72 hours before the start of the event will be considered late cancellations and charged in full as if attended with no option to reschedule. To cancel a private event send an email to hello@nobleyoga.studio

  • An event cannot be rescheduled more than one time. If an event is cancelled more than one time it will be charged in full as if attended.

  • Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be merged between events.

  • Respectful behaviour is required.

WAITLIST POLICY

  • If a class is full, then a waitlist will be available. Once the waitlist is full you will not be allowed to be added to it. 

  • If a spot in the class opens up a person from the waitlist will be added and will receive an email confirmation. 

  • It is assumed that a person on the waitlist is able to attend the class and the cancellation policy will apply if they do not attend after securing a reservation in the class. 

  • If a person is no longer able to attend the class, they must remove themselves from the waitlist.

RETAIL ITEMS RETURN POLICY

  • All regularly priced retail items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase.

  • All discounted retail items are final sale.

  • Retail items purchased between November 15th and December 31st of the same current year will be eligible for exchange or store credit until January 15th of the following year.

  • We require a receipt for proof of purchase.

  • Items must be unused / unopened with tags / packaging still in tact

You will not be offered an exchange or store credit of any kind if:

  • 14 days have passed since original purchase.

  • You do not have a receipt for proof of purchase.

  • The item is used, damaged, or opened.

  • Tags / original packaging is not attached or intact.

Memberships, passes, special classes, camps, retreats, workshops, events, and trainings are all non-refundable, exchangeable, or transferable.
