The Requiem

 

This powerful 90 minute class explores the relationship between breath and movement as well as the body and the spirit. This class offers a challenging vinyasa practice with intentional sequences, dharma talks and mantra chanting to inspire the heart and soul, beginning and ending with a unique series of restorative postures and foundational breath work to calm the nervous system and focus the mind.
